I never met the man she mentions, but he sounds great:

Someone called 267-XXX-XXX and left a message about a girl being defiant and misbehaving and not being allowed back in the class. That was a wrong number.

The man at this number has no children, wife or even girl friend, although he wishes he had one. Furthermore, his future children will never act like that. Please check your call logs.
